1 Introduction & Definitions

339 Bat (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "339 Bat") is an online gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and 339 Bat.

339 Bat may suspend or permanently close a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Suspicious financial activity.
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.

339 Bat will generally notify a user before closing their account. However, in cases of serious violations, an account may be closed without prior notice. Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will normally be refunded, provided it is not connected to a violation.

9 Limitation of Liability

339 Bat accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Games left incomplete due to an internet disconnection.
• Delays caused by errors in third-party software or payment gateways.
• Unexpected technical issues or server downtime.
• Financial losses resulting from the user's own mistakes or negligence.
• Any loss resulting from sharing account login credentials with another person.

10 Updates & Changes to Terms
